Turkey ChiliGreat recipe!! I added too much salt though. I will remember to add just the amount in the recipe next time. I used petite diced tomato and no onion to suit my husbands tastes a little better!

Beef StewThis is a very easy and cheap meal for long days at work. I would make this again for sure. Jason said it tasted like Dinty Moore but he really liked it. I would add more salt next time but Jason thought the salt level was good.

Layered Taco CasseroleThis was pretty good. It was easy to make and looked great with the toppings. I'd probably make it in a 8x8 pan next time instead of a 13x9. It was too flat in the 13x9. It was great with salsa and taco sauce offered as a topping also.

Strawberry Streusel MuffinsWell this was quite an interesting recipe. It made the house smell delicious due to the cinnamon. However, somewhere along the line the measurements must have gotten messed up. 2 TBS baking powder? Yikes. 2 TBS Cinnamon (made the house smell good!) I didn't rate it too low becuase I didn't want to turn people away from making it altogether. Its actually pretty tasty but expect it to be more of a strawberry streusel pudding when it comes out. I would put it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon. In the next week I am going to try and make it with 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Peanut Butter CookiesThis was a wonderful recipe! Thank you so much. I had only one problem...I was eating them as fast as I made them :-). Dangerous to make! I made mine the soft way by putting them in the fridge for 3 hours first and following all the steps. I am going to try to make them on the flat cookie sheet like someone else said becuase mine turned out crispier too. They were still soft, but not as chewy as I would like. I will be making these for many yeears to come now! Thank you!!

Tuna Steak Au PoivreThis was good. Jason really liked it also. I cooked the fish well done though. The dipping sauce was excellent. [I posted this recipe.]

Cheddar-topped Shepherd's PieI used peas and carrots as the vegetable filling omitting the celery and onions due to a very picky husband. :-) Really you could have any vegetable combo that you want for the filling.

Peanut Butter CookiesThis cookie dough can make two different finished cookie styles by simply altering the temperatures of the dough and the oven. The butter in the dough is not as fluid when cold as it is when warm. A warm dough will spread out more during the first few minutes of cooking, making a thinner, crispier cookie. Starting with a chilled cookie sheet and dough, results in the cookies spreading more slowly in the oven, allowing the oven's heat to "set" the cookie while it still thick and therefore producing a denser, chewier cookie. The lower oven temperature keeps the outside of the cookie from getting too crunchy before the inside of the thicker cookie finishes cooking. Bake cookies on light colored cookie sheets - dark cookie sheets will cause cookies to brown too quickly and cook too fast. If all you have is dark cookie sheets, try baking your cookies on parchment paper lining the cookie sheets. You'll be surprised at the difference it makes. Cookies also cook more evenly on cookie sheets th
