I try to be honest about the recipes as opposed to being a cheerleader for them. Some people seem to give every recipe they try a five when they can't all be fives. If I give the recipe a five, it is very good and worth making. It stands out against the rest. A four means it is tasty, but not the cream of the crop for that type of recipe. A three means it is neither good nor bad - just okay. A two is not good, and a one is terrible.

Apple Brown BettyThe spices were a little strong. This was fairly easy to make.

Beef StroganoffThis was easy to make, and my family enjoyed it. I couldn't find cream of onion soup, so I substituted French Onion (Campbell's) soup instead, and it worked out well.

Best Burgers EverI wouldn't say it was best ever. There's another best ever recipe on here for burgers which is better (search All-American Burger).
