Frozen Banana CustardThey smell really good but I haven't tried them yet - they'll be for tea!! Only problem I had was that the mix wouldn't thicken for AGES so I had to crank up the heat to a medium-high instead of medium-low and thickened in no time :)

Best Ever Banana Muffins #1Just popped them in the oven (- WITH brown sugar on) they look delicious. I managed to get 11 but I'm very excited to try them. (^ the missing star is for the taste - they haven't come out of the oven yet :) )

Stewed ApplesI used granny smith apples and they took a bit longer to thoroughly cook. But it was a good and very simple recipe to make. I made the mistake of adding more water than was needed but I'll know for next time.
