Tortilla Roll-upsI like the simplicity of these. I add cumin, cilantro and cayenne to my mixture. After they set up, the get kinda mushy. The flavor is there but my family isn't crazy about the consistency. So, what I do is after I cut them into little pieces, I throw them in the deep fryer. The only take a few seconds for each batch and they disappear like crazy.
