I live in the beautiful area of NC called Lake Norman. We grow some of own food. I am a Realtor. I love dogs. We have chickens for eggs.I make 100 jars of grape jelly to give away to clients every year. i also am a bird watcher.
We eat a fairly low fat diet. Lots of veggies, fruit, salads. Not too much desserts. My husband gardens and we love to grill. We try to replicate some restuarant foods. We will cook italian, chinese, french,etc.
i do some of the prep work and my husband does the real cooking for the most part. So that make me his "sue chef" ha ha!

Pork Tenderloin with MarinadeGood flavor, nice color, easy to prepare. I tried it on pork. My husband wants to try it on chicken next!
