My family of picky eaters absolutesly loves this dish! We call it "Meatzza". This is quick to make, filling and delicious.
One quick note, when I first made this, I wasn't quite sure of how thick to pat out the meat/cheese mixture once I had it on the pan. I patted it out rather thin, to make a nice size pizza, and made it slightly ridged it at the edge to help hold on the sauce. I can't say exactly what size, as after the first time I made this, I increased the recipe by half and made a square "meatzza" for future meals. I pat it out on aluminum foil on my large pizza pan.
