No Dough Meat Crust Pizza For The Low Carb DieterMy family of picky eaters absolutesly loves this dish! We call it "Meatzza". This is quick to make, filling and delicious. One quick note, when I first made this, I wasn't quite sure of how thick to pat out the meat/cheese mixture once I had it on the pan. I patted it out rather thin, to make a nice size pizza, and made it slightly ridged it at the edge to help hold on the sauce. I can't say exactly what size, as after the first time I made this, I increased the recipe by half and made a square "meatzza" for future meals. I pat it out on aluminum foil on my large pizza pan.
