A good no carb recipe. Starting it the night before gave the chicken plenty of time to absorb the flavors. I replaced the salt and pepper with lemon pepper since I almost never add salt to my cooking. Final preparation was fast and easy.
We liked it! I used chicken breast tenders so I didn't have to flatten the chicken and it got done in the time stated. Be sure to make the sauce, it goes so well with the chicken. I plan to try the sauce with grilled meats, too.
