Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary and GarlicThese were outstanding! Moist and flavorful and oh so easy.

Carrots, glazed with honey and cinnamonMy carrots were overcooked with the 10 minutes of boiling and then 30 minutes in the oven. Maybe I cut them too small. The flavor was great though.
