Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)This was very good! I did pan sear the chicken first in a little of the bacon fat and seasoned with salt & pepper. The only thing I didn't like was that the stuffing was crispy that was touching the bottom of the foil. Next time I might try to make it as a casserole with smaller prices of chicken!
