What's for dinner?
So many recipes, so little time!
I recently became unemployed and had the opportunity to discover The Food Network .... and now I'm spending my time cooking and trying new recipes (and adding cast iron cookware to my collection).
Most everything I make turns out yummy!
- Anything with garlic
- Beef stroganoff
- Hot and Sour soup
- Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala
- Mexican chile rellanos
- Creme-filled donuts

Wilted Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon DressingTastes just like the warm bacon dressing you get in fine restaurants. I added some pumpkin seeds and black olives and it was wonderful.
