Bang Bang ShrimpThis was excellent. I used a little more hot sauce (about 3 tbsp per lb of shrimp). A few drops was not nearly enough to give it the color and zing that you would get at a restaurant.

Sauteed Tilapia with LimeThis was a simple recipe that tasted like I put a lot of work into it. My kids devoured the Tilapia. As a tip, I put a ceramic plate in the microwave for 2 min. with a little water on it. Then dumped the little water that remained. That gave me a nice hot plate to put the fish on while I finished the sauce.
