Skewered Honey-Balsamic ChickenAbsolutely delicious! I made double the marinade and continued to baste the chicken as it cooked. Then I spooned the remains over the chicken once I plated it. I kept the heat relatively low so that the marinade wouldn't burn. Seri also suggest only half the amount of pepper, too spicy. Served with rice and broccoli i. Delicious!

Bourbon ChickenDelicious. Added more spicy too it though. I recommend cutting into thin slices of chicken so the flavor gets in easier.

Buttery Spicy Bbq ShrimpExtremely easy and very good. Simple flavorful taste. I don't think you can ever go wrong with barbecue sauce though.
