Olive Garden's Pasta E FagioliGreat version! My old recipe, that I lost, used bay leaves. I made this just as directed though and it was Wonderful! My husband only like creamy soups but LOVED this one! Great for winter! Thanks for sharing!!

Raspberry Pecan ThumbprintsNot great. It was flat and not all that flavorful. I will probably keep looking for a different recipe to try.

Wild Mushroom RisottoFirst 5 star rating! Absolutely amazing dish! I didn't have arborio rice so used brown rice. It took about 2 C more stock and about double the cooking time at the end (adding 0.5C) at a time. The flavor is perfect and I didn't no wouldn't add or delete a thing! Thanks for sharing!!!

Kristen's Baked Artichoke Spinach DipMade this again last night for a holiday party, and all of the guests raved! One person was hesitant to try it because she didn't like cooked spinach, but she did, and loved it. I am happily passing on the recipe (and due credit!). Thanks again!!!!!

Olive Garden Salad and DressingAck. Not even close to OG, and it really isn't good. I am not sure what I am missing, but most people think it's good, although I do agree with the few that this is not good at all. I am putting it in the fridge for a few hours in the hopes that it will help. One reviewer mentioned that it does, and since I used dried herbs, perhaps it needs time for the flavors to meld?

Scalloped Potatoes and HamExcellent! I needed to add a little More flour because my first batch was a bit soupy, but it tasted delicious! I used a turkey ham, and with this recipe, I actually did not need any salt! I also added 2 cloves of minced garlic to the/milk/onion mixture. Yum!

Chinese Pepper SteakThis was delicious! I too messed up the marinade because I ended up using the ginger in it, but I grated more and it was excellent! Leftovers were great too. I put some EVOO in a heated pan, geared the meat through, and tossed with noodles For a great variation!

Sour Cream Sugar CookiesYou really have to add 5-6 cups of flour so it isn't sticky. It ended up tasting like flour or bread dough. Perhaps less sour cream might help?

Chris' Fire Roasted Stuffed Bell PeppersTastes great! I skipped a few steps (like par and flash boiling) and still turned out great. I nixed the salt and pepper by accident, but it was still so flavorful!!!

St Louis Toasted RavioliExcellent and easy snack! I used cheese and spinach ravioli that came pre made at the grocery store. I would definitely use the salt with the Italian breadcrumbs for flavor and dusting with parm is a definite must! Will try again for a Christmas eve app party!

Classic Tuna Noodle CasseroleThis was great! I was pinched for time so I made the soup, mixed in the ingredients (minus cheese) and then tossed in wheat egg noodles and it was awesome! My three year old, who typically doesn't like "saucy" noodles, loved it! I also made it another time with chicken. Yum!!

The Best Beef StroganoffReally great! I found this recipe on here almost a year ago and have made it several times since, and just getting around to reviewing! I too use shallots, whole grain egg noodles and Greek yogurt instead for a more healthful version, but both ways taste amazing! I also add about 2T of white cooking wine priorto adding the yogurt. Bring to a boil to vurn off alcohol, then add yogurt. Thanks for posting and sharing this!

Kristen's Baked Artichoke Spinach DipYum! Thanks to the reviewers! I reduced the salt and am glad I did (used cracked sea salt). I also replaced half the parm with fontina cheese (reminds me of melting pot) and I didn't have bread on hand so used tortilla chips. This was great! Thanks!

Chicken Tortilla Soup ala SteveAbsolutely awesome! I found this recipe a year ago on BigOven and make it regularly. It freezes well too! Very easy, low calorie, and tasty!

Glad you liked the Wild Mushroom Risotto! Although to make a true risotto in the traditional Italian style, you really must use Arborio rice. (Also, I noticed you liked my Chicken Tortilla soup -- your true first 5-star rating!) Anyway, thanks much and happy cooking.
