Quinoa, Broccoli, & Cheese CasseroleI liked it; tho my family wasn't crazy about it. I'll try it again without the broccoli (maybe use carrots) and I think they will be fine with it.

Irish Style Cottage PieReally good. I used a bit more Guinness simply b/c we like it. Next time I will add peas for color.

Muffi's Stuffed Pasta ShellsPretty good. Next time, I will add mozzarella cheese on top...my kids like a cheesier pasta dish.

Aunt Evelyn's MeatloafThis was really good; I even doubled the recipe and it turned out delicious. Don't forget the parchment paper-clean up was rough without it!

Beef StewThis was a winner. Took hardly anytime to put together and came out great.

Oven-Baked RiceI've made this 3 times now and the rice comes out perfect every time. Remember to crimp the foil tightly around the pan before baking and use a clean dish towel to cover the rice once it comes out of the oven.

World's Best Macaroni and CheeseVery rich, very yummy. Hubby bought smoked gruyere instead of regular, but it turned out fine.

Cinnamon Roll WafflesOne of my friends recommended this to me and my kids LOVED it. The taste is all cinnamon rolls, but the added crunchy texture of a freshly made waffle made this a true keeper.

Italian Pesto SauceLooks like the salt has been corrected to 1 teaspoon ( tho I used about 1/2 that). Otherwise, I made it as listed here and it turned out great. It does thicken in the fridge (if u have leftovers), so I had to remind my family that a little goes a long way once it's warmed on pasta.

Crispy KaleExcellent! We had to cook in batches, but it was worth it. They don't hold well, so make as many as u can eat at one sitting.

Extraordinary Stuffed PeppersReally, really good.....

House of Chaos Spaghetti PieIt was the 12 year old's night to cook and she chose this recipe. It was yummy and she felt like a star.

Kale chipsThese just melt in your mouth. It's a nice way to get your veggies, but trick your tastebuds into thinking u r getting something decadent.

Crispy KaleRidiculously easy and good.

Salisbury Steak with Mushroom GravyJust what we were looking for; I needed to thicken up the gravy, but that could have been from me letting DH do most of the cooking. :)
BLT Pasta SaladI should have used ranch dressing; I think the kids would have been more receptive. But DH and I enjoyed it.
Orange JuliusJust like I remember. Next time, I'll cut back just a touch on the vanilla.

Crispy Ranch Oven Fried Chicken BreastsThis was REALLY good. Didn't change a thing either. Going into the 'rotation'.
Mexican Cornbread CasseroleHugely successful tonight! I added black beans as suggested and doubled the cheese since I had a 3 cup bag. DH said it was better than his mom's, which he has been reminiscing about for YEARS!

Zippy Pineapple Baked Chicken BreastsMy family ate this all up-it was better than OK, but not outstanding. It's going on the keeper shelf tho, cause the picky eater didn't complain.
