Crispy Baked Chicken FingersThese were yummy. I've cooked with Panko before but I never thought about browning it before putting it on the chicken. It looks much more appetizing when it's browned! I also loved the crispiness. I did season the chicken first and my 2 yr. Old and husband both loved them!

Italian Sausage and Rice CasseroleNot a favorite of mine. It is very easy to make but the flavor of the rice just didn't do it for me. My husband seemed to like it though.
