Made this twice: great! After butterflying, I flattened the chicken breasts. Sautéed more thoroughly, stuffed in the brie and sautéed apples, and then cooked in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
For the sauce, added ground cinnamon and brown sugar to spiced apple cider and chicken broth, and reduced by over half.
