Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsExcellent! Will definitely make again! Adjusted to 1 chop & to what had on hand (ground sage in lieu of rubbed, unseasoned bread crumbs & dropped the lemon & parsley). I'm not a fan of fried foods, but will make this exception.
