What's for dinner?
I love to cook and LOVE to bake. I am currently using big oven from my phone to look up new recipes, but will one day post some of my own. Could be awhile though, I'm pretty lazy in all facets of my life... except when I'm in my kitchen!
I am a fan of most food, and will try anything once. Especially if I know someone put their heart into it :)

Authentic Simple Spanish RiceI used this recipe to make spanish rice for the first time. I was a bit nervous because my boyfriend comes from a family of great Mexican cooks... he loved it! Easy to make and delicious!

Honey Fruit SaladI always use citrus juice to stop the fruit from browning, and the honey was a beautiful addition! I'll always add honey from now on :)
