Olive Garden Style Zuppa Toscana Wedding SoupNailed this! I sliced my potatoes thin on a mandolin rather than cubing them, and halved the chicken broth like many others. Adding to my favorites now!

Chicken in Basil Cream (9)Was a treat. Added diced tomatoes and a clove of garlic - no leftovers!

Pulled Pork Carnitas StyleThis is WONDERFUL. My coriander container was empty, so I didn't add that, but other than that I stuck to the original recipe. As Fuzzy said, it's easy and quick - actually cooked in the crockpot overnight, and then refrigerated for an even quicker meal the following evening. Just pulled it out, threw it on a pan and broiled it. 8 minutes to finish, and I chopped some tomato, onion and cilantro while it broiled. WIll make this one regularly.

Potato Kielbasa SkilletI loved this, but my family wasn't as appreciative. The problem? Picky eaters don't like wilted greens. The sauce is wonderful, if a little heavy on the thyme. Next time I'll half that particular ingredient and dish up the family's servings before tossing in the spinach (although with so much good stuff to try on BigOven, there may not be a next time. We'll see...)

Crockpot Beef StroganoffExcellent. I was pretty skeptical about this one, even with all the positive reviews. Could something good really come from canned foods? ABSOLUTELY. Adding to favorites now - next time, I may include mushrooms. Perhaps canned, to stick with the theme!

Cola ChickenEXCELLENT. I used half ketchup and half BBQ like many others, but I also removed the chicken while the sauce thickened and threw it in my kitchenaid with the blade attachment for about 30 seconds - WONDERFUL shredded chicken sandwiches!
