Spicy Beef QuesadillasIn honor of National Margarita Day, I fixed this recipe tonight. Since I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand, I made a few small modifications. Very good! Even my picky husband liked it!

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie (Gluten Free)I made this with on-hand ingredients: regular Bisquick instead of gluten-free, a can of well drained Rotel Hot instead of the green chilis, and plain Greek yogurt instead of salsa and sour cream. Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
