I grew up with the smell of chocolate cake wafting in the air EVERYDAY. My mom was a caterer, wedding cake decorator, and snack place owner. You can just imagine the pressure I get in the kitchen :)

FalafelsI added 2 Tbsp of lemon juice and reduced the onions to 1/4 cup. I also made a garlic yogurt dipping sauce. Made some tonight as appetizers and everyone loved it.
