Best Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!!!*I posted this recipe-just a suggestion to those that want to make this recipe. Like I said, this recipe makes 24 cookies. What I do is I immediantly bake the cookies that my husband and I want to eat-may be about 6 or 8. The rest of the dough, I roll into 2 tablespoon ball, put them on a parchment lined baking sheet and then I put that in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes so that the balls "set" and so that they don't stick together. After that, I put the cookie dough balls in a freezer zip lock bag and put them in the freezer. From then on, whenever my hubby and I want a cookie or 2, all you have to do is grab them and seal the rest of them back up. The cookie dough balls can go straight to the freezer-you might have to add on a couple of minutes to the baking time but the cookies taste just as good as the first time!! **Just make sure you take them out when the edges are golden brown!!
