I live in a small town in Missouri. I have three beautiful kids and a great husband who loves to eat! I work at an elementary school. I love to crochet and also cook for my family. I am a former home ec teacher, so cooking is a passion that I love to share with others.

I currently like anything that is easy and fast. I do not like to bake-at all. I love to make meals and appetizers. I love home cookin' recipes, sometimes cajun and also love soup. We eat a lot of pork, so I'm always looking for good pork recipes. My husband and I process a hog every year, making our own sausage and other things.

Pork Tenderloin Roast with Apple, Onion and Garlic GravyI made this for the third time last night. It is better and better every time. The roast was tender and delicious. The flavor is wonderful! This time I added a little cinnamon on a whim and it was a great addition. Would make this for company or just for my family. It's great as leftovers too.
