Baked Chicken Breasts - Crockpot (To Die For!!)Wow out of this world - those mushrooms add a nice texture, the chicken cut up absorbing all the sauce flavorings was super-duper so good! yeah, I'll make this again, and have some company over - slow cooked in 8 hours and noticed it hardly needed my attention - I just like doing my chef-tasting rounds every hour or so (hee-hee!)

Easy Crockpot Beef DinnerThis came out great. Flavors were fabulous! I sub-ed a few ingredients since forgot to p/u at store: -red potatoes with skin instead of celery - V8 instead of stewed tomatoes - fresh cubed tomato (1) - Ramon Noodles flavoring packets (spicy chili flavor - used 2) instead of the Lipton Onion/Mushroom Soup - no chix bouquet nor Worcestershire sauce would definitely make this again - always fun to sub stuff and see what you get!
