Best Pie Crust Ever

Best Pie Crust Ever

Awesome and simple. First try and it was a Thanksgiving day hit with pumpkin pie. I would only change by reducing or omitting salt, since I used salted butter.

A+++ Made as stated in recipe and it came out wonderful! Excellent taste and texture! We were looking for a whole wheat bread recipe that doesn't use bleached or white flour. An instant hit in our house. Thanks for your contribution.

Fresh Applesauce

Fresh Applesauce

Great recipe. Nice and easy. We used honey crisp apples. Nice and tart and also added a touch of cardamom and mace spices. I think I need to make bigger batches. This one disappeared off the stove.

Lumberjack Pancakes

Lumberjack Pancakes

Probably should note to use quick oats. I like to add just a touch more sugar and add cinnamon and cardamom for a tasty variation

Tuna Noodle Casserole (by Marianne Stanco Leal)

Awesome variation. Didn't have sour cream so I substituted mayo and added a couple eggs and a 1/2 cup of shredded Colby - jack cheese to firm it up a bit. And it was a hit that disappeared fast!
