Careys Lemon Drop CookiesThese cookies are delicious! The only thing I changed was in the icing. I used 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon cold water. I dropped these cookies by rounded half teaspoons onto the parchment paper before baking, and baked them 7 to 8 minutes.

Mrs Fields Peanut Butter CookiesThis is a good recipe but not quite peanut buttery tasting enough for me. I changed this recipe by dropping it by rounded teaspoons instead of tablespoons onto a baking sheet. The I pot a thumb print in the middle of the cookie and filled the divot with a sort quarter teaspoon of fruit spread . I used raspberry and boysenberry fruit spread because they are the thickest but you can use any flavor you want. I cooked them for 11 minutes and let them cool on the baking sheet. It is much easier taking them off the baking sheet without shmushing them after they have cooled for about 6 minutes. These make really pretty cookies and the fruit spread gives them a little more flavor.
