	Creamy Chicken Enchiladas Llooovvveeee iiittt!!! I used rotel tomatos instead of green chillis, I added cheese to the soup mixture, after I rolled them up, I loaded on the rest of soup mixture and more cheese. It was wonderful!!! Will make again. on Monday, May 17, 2010
