I'm a busy Office Manager for a large downtown dental office. I commute every day so I don't have a lot of time to cook in the weekdays, but I love to cook for family and friends on the weekends. I find cooking and creating recipes a great ceative outlet.

Eggplant,capers,italian food.........most any kind of food. I'm always looking for something new to try. My ethnic origin is Lithuanian,so I am always seeking recipes for dishes from there.
