Southern-Style Oven Fried ChickenMy only variation...I added cooling racks to my pan sprayed them with olive oil..even crusting all sides/less greasy...also no buttermilk so I used egg yolks with Pablo crumbs...it was perfect at about 35 minutes!! Delicious
