Roast Pork LoinA little peppery, but otherwise pretty good. I am going to try this with poultry too. Tastes like home cooking.

Fluffy PancakesVery good! Very fluffy, and great texture. I substituted my own gluten free all purpose flour recipe to make them wheat free. I had to add a little more milk to make the batter pourable, and they turned out perfectly!

Sauted Chicken Breast in White WineGood enough to serve to company! Great flavor and easy to make.

Easy Taco SoupWe topped it off with sharp cheddar, fresh cilantro, sour cream, and avocado. Needs jalapeños maybe, but SO easy and delicious! I already added it to my favorites.

Beef Penne Pasta CasseroleRelative easy to make. My family of all men liked it and requested I make it again. I'm allergic to wheat so I made it with rice based pasta. I would add more salt to the noodles when cooking.
