Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken

I could not believe how tasty this chicken was. The only thing I did different was a brine soak, I submerged the chicken in salted water for 24 hrs and then followed the recipe to the letter. The meat was very flavorful and fell off the bone... Sooo Tender and Tasty.
