What's for dinner?
I reside in Ohio and have been collecting recipes and cookbooks for many years. I was thrilled to find Big Oven and am looking forward to trying a lot of new recipes.
I love pizza, pasta, and garlic, lots of garlic. I love to bake bread and cookies.

Banana Sour Cream Coffee CakeThe cake was quick and easy to put together and very tasty, not too sweet. I served it sliced with a small dab of vanilla ice cream on top.

Pumpkin Cranberry BreadThis bread is quick and easy to make. The only ingredient I changed was using orange flavored craisins instead of cranberries. This bread is delicious plain or with a slathering of cream cheese.

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork SteaksI liked the taste that the marinade gave the pork steaks. I cooked them on an indoor grill for 10 minutes. 5 min. on each side. I served them with twice baked potatoes and wax beans. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe.

Roasted Sweet 'tatersQuick and easy. I might serve them with some french onion dip or possibly ranch dressing on the side. No improvement necessary, they are great just the way they are.

Morning Glory MuffinsI have made these muffins twice already. They are delicious! Everyone who has tasted them loves them. They are great for a quick breakfast or mid-afternoon snack.
