Easy Lamb Chops with Garlic and Rosemary sauceI made this with a cold zesty sicilian chickpea salad, olive and rosemary bread toasted and I used a nice Cabernet for the wine. After taking the cops from the pan I placed in the oven at 185 degrees wrapped in foil while the sauce simmered about 15 min...BIG hit with my husband who loves Lamb Chops. He told me best lamb chops I ever cooked for him, thank you!
