Tuna Melt Sandwiches

Delicious, quick and easy. It's a nice alternative to a cold tuna salad sandwich. I just used regualr whole wheat bread instead of kings hawaiian.

Black Bean Burgers (spicy Optional!)

Black Bean Burgers (spicy Optional!)

I had to make this with great morthern beans because thats all I had, and I also forgot corn at the store so we went without those as well. I used an orange bell pepper instead of a red one. All in all it was very good. It is so much better than the frozen veggie burgers you can buy. Will definitely be making this again.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I only used 1/4c of soy sauce and added 1/4c of ketchup to make up for the missing soy sauce. I wish I had used a little more hot sauce because I couldn't taste any spiciness, but I do plan on making tis again because it was really good. After I coated the chicken in flour and pan fried it for a minute on each side I poured the sauce over it andbaked it in the oven for 10 min or so. Turned out great with some rice.

Tilapia with White Wine and Lemon Basil Sauce

Tilapia with White Wine and Lemon Basil Sauce

Very tasty! I think I'll use less lemon juice next time because it was very lemony, but still good.

Easy Cube Steak Dinner

Easy Cube Steak Dinner

I thought this was pretty good. It was super easy to make too. Great for those nights when you don't have a lot of time to hang out out in the kitchen. Unfortunately my husband didn't care for it so I won't be making it again, but I'll definitely try the smae concept with different ingredients.

Simple Tuna Melt

Simple Tuna Melt

Made this tomight for dinner. I added salt, pepper, lemon juice, chili powder and worchestershire to the tuna mayo mixture. I also served it with a piece of lettuce and provolone cheese instead of american. I think my tuna mix was a little too mushy because it was coming out the sides of the sandwich like a sloppy joe would, but it was very yummy.

Baked Spaghetti with Fresh Basil and Smoked Mozzarella

This was super easy to make. I took another reviewers idea and shredded the basil first and it worked out really well.
