Butter Cake with Caramel FrostingThe frosting was a little sweet for my tastes, but the sponge itself was light & fluffy and easy to make. I will make this again, but forgo the frosting next time.

Minced Beef LasagnaI've made this twice now and am absolutely in love with this lasagne. I made a few errors the first time I made it but it still came out great, this time, I followed the recipe to the letter and what a fantastic meal this is. This is now a favourite of the household, I'll be sure to make enough to freeze next time too. Creamy, cheesy, substantial and filling, lovely. Thanks Sidu!

Shepard's PieThis was a really delicious recipe, I substituted the turkey with ground beef and used beef stock, but it was still absolutely lovely. Will definitely be making this again. It was easy to make, with simple instructions and by far the best shepherds pie I have ever had, many thanks!

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistReally easy to make, with a nice taste, would have been good if there was a recipe for salsa, rather than having to use jars.
