Betty's Bob Evans Sausage and Potato Skillet BreakfastTasty recipe -- I used the Bob Evans' maple sausage, and it added a touch of sweetness to the dish.

Creamy Scrambled EggsQuite tasty and very easy to make. If you can chop veggies and crack eggs, you can make this dish.

Spicy Baked SalmonVery tasty. I served this with some wild rice. Will definitely make this again.

Roasted Stuffed JalapenosThese were phenomenal! Spicy, but not an overwhelming degree of heat. My local market must have small jalapeno peppers, as I had almost half of the filling left after stuffing 12 of them. Of course, I went out and bought 12 more peppers.

Coconut Chocolate Almond CheesecakeThis rocked out loud. Very simple to create and very tasty. I'll definitely make this again.

Penne with Mushroom SauceI made this tonight, and quite enjoyed it. My finished dish had MANY more mushrooms than the picture from kimmyqt. Having said that, I did enjoy it. One tip -- make sure you use a decent bottle of wine. The flavor really comes through in the finished product.

Butter Chicken (Indian Dish)Very good meal. As described, it's not very spicy. Next time, I'll add more chili powder. Still very delicious. Also, I used basmati rice, which I think made the dish slightly more authentic.

Shrimp Curry with Coconut MilkGreat dish. I'm not an onion fan, so I reduced the amount I put in. I wish I wouldn't have. It would have been perfect as written.

Grilled Chicken Breast with Garlic Lemon MarinadeGreat, simple marinade. It took no more than 3 minutes to prepare. We didn't have time to let the chicken marinate overnight, but it was still wonderful.
