good potatoes. the boil and roast works pretty well. I found them to need a little more flavor. next time I will mince the garlic, or put some parmesan cheese on top for more flavor. maybe crumble some Bacon in for some extra flavor.
definitely reminded me of olive garden marsala. I added extra marsala wine and reduced it a bit further to thicken and concentrate the flavor more. even with this it was nowhere near as tasty as Carrabas. they are my gold standard for this dish.
