Tilapia Parmesanthis is excellent. I suggest doubling the cheese topping so you don't run out halfway through the tilapia. its a keeper.

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemarygood potatoes. the boil and roast works pretty well. I found them to need a little more flavor. next time I will mince the garlic, or put some parmesan cheese on top for more flavor. maybe crumble some Bacon in for some extra flavor.

Olive Garden Chicken Marsaladefinitely reminded me of olive garden marsala. I added extra marsala wine and reduced it a bit further to thicken and concentrate the flavor more. even with this it was nowhere near as tasty as Carrabas. they are my gold standard for this dish.
