Broccoli, Rice and Cheese CasseroleI made this for Thanksgiving Dinner and got lots of oohs and awws. I did add 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper and sale to taste. The cayenne simply enhanced the flavor, I did not notice any heat. I do agree about the amount of cheese, perhaps 1/3 of the block would be better.

James Beards Mac and CheeseVery tasty! I added a cup of sharp cheddar to the cheese mixture and parmesan cheese to the topping. I think that the next time I make it, I am substituting 1/3 of the cheddar with gouda.
