I am a piano teacher, I live and work in Tokyo, Japan. Besides my job (I have 25 students) I like to travel around and cooking. 2-3 times a week I go to fitness club - I like yoga and step airobics, and swimming.
Recipes I've Posted (all 3)
I like simple food with minimum cooking time such as lentil soup or squid "Stroganoff style".. But on special ocasions i like to bake Russian Easter Kulich.

Kalamari stroganoffI like this recipe - it is really fast. To make it even faster i boil calamari 1 day before, and cook the whole thing in 15 min.
