White Chocolate Raspberry CupcakesThe frosting was excellent! I used about a teaspoon raspberry extract instead of the vanilla. The cupcake was WAY dense and couldn't taste the raspberry extract even though I added more than called for. Maybe add some milk to the batter next time? Will definitely make the frosting again!
