Honey and Soy Glazed SalmonAbsolutely delicious!! I was surprised that I had all the ingredients and OH MY GOSH it was good! This is definitely one of our new favorites! Seriously if you do this correctly (which I found to be super easy) it is going to be phenomenal! Seriously YUM!

Herb Roasted Rack of LambMy fiancee and I made this tonight and it was delicious. We did have to cook it for about 25 minutes and it was on the medium rare/rare side but perfect for us! Wonderful!

Amber, Thank you for the reviews you have posted on several of my families recipes and for your kind words...I appreciate them very much! However, I do not deserve any recognition for the Gnocchi with Sage, Butter And Parmesan recipe. I did not post the recipe, but merely posted the photo on the recipe after trying it. When BigOven was first started, well over a hundred fifty thousand recipes were downloaded from various sources. This is one of those downloaded recipes. You can tell by the low recipe number, the lack of any member photo in the "Posted By" box on the right hand side of the recipe and the name in the gray highlighted box is "member". Many of these recipes will have a source attached to the end of the directions. This recipe is from "Recipe by: Deliah Converted by MM_Buster v2.0n." meaning, it was originally posted by Deliah in the old MealMaster recipe program and then, sometime later, downloaded into the BigOven program. Anyway, I hope to see some of your families favor
