What's for dinner?
I have a bread machine and love using it. I like making quick meals and rely on the "almost homemade" cuisine. I also want to learn how to cook Latin American food as my boyfriend is from South America.

Dinner Rolls, Bread Machine StyleExcellent recipe. I made some for breakfast this morning (made the dough last night and kept it in the fridge). So hot and crusty!

Bread Machine French BreadNice, crusty loaf. Only thing is, it rises so high in my bread machine, it smooshes against the lid of the machine. This results in a small square on the top of the loaf not "crustifying" correctly.
