YUM!!! Took these to a potluck, and they disappeared lightning fast. I couldn't find ground pork so I used turkey, still turned out great. They were super moist and tender, and the spices were just right. Wow, I couldn't believe how delicious these were!! And so easy. I doubled the recipe and baked in a 9x13 pan for 45 min, and they were perfect. The texture is dense, making them easy to cut, but moist and soft from the pienapple. The Graham cracker and brown sugar give them a very rich flavour, and they have jus the right sweetness! 7/24/2010
