Bakers Best SnickerdoodlesAlthough the recipe says it makes 30 cookies, since I had quite a few people who were going to be eating them, I made but sized cookies and was able to squeeze 60 cookies out of the recipe. Also, I did not have enough butter for the batter so I substituted 1/3 cup plus 3 Tbs. of vegetable oil. I was worried it would make the batter greasy but out did not. I have added this recipe to my favorites and will likely use again.

Peanut Butter CookiesAwesome recipe, my family loved it. We opted for the crunchier cookie. Next time we will try refrigerating the dough a suggested.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice BakeI made this tonight and love how easy it was to make. I doubled the recipe because my family love chicken and love rice.The only thing I did different was.made slit marks in the chicken so the juices from the cream of chicken would soak into the chicken. Before I put the chicken in the mixture, I rubbed garlic, powder and just a touch of Lawry's seasoning.
