Palestinian Lentil Loaf (Ragheef'Ada)nice recipe. both my daughters enjoyed it, definitely a nice base in which the spices can be changed... i might repost modified versions of this!

Herbed Lentils and RiceNice simple and complete dish that everyone enjoyed. Mix, and almost-forget... perfect for busy days: preparation and cleanup is about 30mins... then it requires minimal attention. definitely something i will make on a regular basis.
