New Improved Easy Flour Tortilla RecipeI forgot to buy tortilla shells and decided to try making my own. These turned out fantastic. My husband loved them and they were very easy.

Pan-Fried Lake Perch or WalleyeTried this tonight with frozen walleye fillets. Turned out great. I should have made a bigger batch. Even my 2 year old liked it.

Red, White, and Blueberry TrifleThis got rave reviews today at Easter dinner. I exchanged the pound cake for "made from scratch" angel food cake and omitted the lemon syrup. Also, I increased the cream mixture to 1 1/2xs as much.

Angel Food CakeThis turned out so good. My husband commented on how much more flavor it had vs the store bought angel food cakes. I used a stand mixer so the whole thing went together very quick and easy. I think the longest part was cracking and separating all the eggs. Will make again for sure.
