I love to cook, I'm not that good at it, but I'm learning. I build computers for a living. I have my B.A. in Information & Technology. Several other certifications. Futuremark award for building the fastest and best AMD and Intel based desktop on Earth recorded with them. 3rd place for Intel based desktop.

BLT Macaroni SaladTHis dish is absolutely fantastic. My pregnant wife loved it and she is very pickey about food when she is pregnant. I loved it and so did my 3 year old son and my neighbor. I recommend this dish to everyone! I will be making this for all sorts of occasions.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BarbecueIt''s a great recipe as is but I fiddles with it and tried new stuff and this is what I did and thought it tasted good: 3 cups Beef broth reduced to 2 1/2 cups added 1/8 cup dark brown sugar for some sweetness added 2 teas of liquid smoke added 3-4 tablespoons of wishashire sauce With all that, all those flavors ravished my tastebuds. Spicy, sweet, smokey... mmm mmm good.
