Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)As suggested I reduced the cooking time to 35 minutes but my chops were still pretty dry, I don't think I got a good sear. The flavor was great. I added a little lemon juice and a few lemon slices for acidity. I would try again because of the flavor.

Cobbler (Berry, Peach or Apple)Very good. Added a little brown sugar and cinnamon to the peaches. Will add a pinch of salt and maybe a touch of vanilla to batter next time. Need to balance the sweetness a little.
