Hi, this is my avatar; I am a partner in Life & Business with my husband,Sal. We are into our 2nd careers--REALTORS. Here in Michigan, this is a tad slow at the moment; but it will go back up and all of you who are looking to Sell or Buy, will realize your dreams.
My heritage is Pennsylvania Dutch on both sides; I do have some great family recipes that will be shared.
Sal's heritage is Polish & Italian [Sicily-he is 1st generation -born here]; I personally do not 'do' Polish--we have great restaurants for that here, but I do Italian-based items even though we have many Italian restaurants here, too.
This should be a great web site; hope to visit it often 



most fish dishes, except shell fish-Sal is allergic to them.  We eat mainly Fish, Chichen or Turkey; and some  Beef dishes--mini meat loaves, homemade meat balls, with the  occassional Hamburger, or Steak for Sal.

Mainly, I oven roast all meals--using Olive Oil, Olive Oil spray, spices, Lemon / Lime juices, some low fat marinades - Kroger / Lawreys, Wine & Beer. Being German - Dutch--my family basted Turkey & Chicken in flat beer [ your choice of brand--we use light style now]. I have also used Beer on salmon , tuna steak, & other thick Fish filets.  Very Good!
