I have been married to my wonderful husband since 2007 and we have two beautiful little girls, aged two and one. I love to cook. I have always been addicted to the food network and cooking. Some of my favorite memories are staying up and watching Emril with my dad.
I have my Associated Degree in business Management and I would like to get my pastry and culinary certification to open a place of my own.
I love italian food and pastas. I love making tortellini and lasagna. I am not a big fan of seafood. I would however like to try scallops and lobster.

Mongolian BeefVery very good. The sauce did not thicken as much as I wanted, but it was still delicious. My picky two year old loved it!

Crescent roll casserolePretty good and very quick and easy. I used cream of celery and garlic butter cresent rolls because that is what I had. I also covered it with some more cheddar cheese. My picky two year old is eating it up. Will definelty make this again.

Basic Pancake Mix RecipeThis was the first time I have made pancakes from scratch and this recipe was perfect! I added a little more vanilla and added banana slices and they turned out amazing. No more boxed mixes here! Thanks for the recipe and happy cooking!
